Come celebrate early release from school! Have a fun afternoon in the Cooking Studio learning some tips and tricks on how to prepare an authentic Southeast Asian small plates. Sample some of the most flavorful, fresh dishes these countries have to offer. Starting with fan favorite lumpia and chicken satay, then finishing up with a Bahn mi sandwich and cucumber salad. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Lumpia — One of the Philippines most popular dishes, spring rolls filled with ground pork served with scallion soy sauce
Chicken Satay — Chicken skewers from Singapore with peanut dipping sauce
Bahn Mi — Vietnamese sandwich of pork meatballs and fresh veggies with a spicy sauce
Cucumber Salad — Thai side salad of crispy cucumber, red onion, and peanuts
Pricing:
$70: per adult and children 13 years or older
$120: One adult with one child 12 years or younger.*
$170: One adult with two children 12 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
