Chicken Lettuce Wraps -Fan favorite made with a rich soy sauce, water chestnuts, and scallions
Lumpia – Lightly fried spring rolls filled with ground pork and served with a sweet chili sauce
Shrimp Pad Thai – Stir-fried rice noodles, shrimp, bean sprouts, peanuts, and a savory and slightly sweet sauce
Thai Cucumber Salad with Red Onions and Peanuts – Perfect paring with the shrimp pad Thai

$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
