Shrimp Scampi with Homemade Pasta

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make delicious shrimp scampi. The chefs will guide you through the pasta making process and you’ll learn how easy it can be. We will also learn to make the mouthwatering garlic buttery shrimp scampi sauce. Complimentary wine will be available to adults during the cooking experience.

Pasta Dough from Scratch – Learn the tips and tricks for making homemade pasta
Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi – Seared shrimp bathed in a garlicy butter sauce
Decadent and Classic Italian Tiramisu – Perfect end to the night
Red or White Wine

Pricing & Gratuity:
$80 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes-you can cook with your partner(s)!)
$165 Chef’s Kitchen for 2
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner.)

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
