In this class, we’ll teach you how to perfectly sear scallops with a white wine sauce, add it to our salmon in skillets, stir it in our risotto, and finish with wine in our dessert. There will also be plenty of wine to enjoy in our glasses while we cook! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
