Take a trip to the Mediterranean without ever leaving Florida. Join us at JAX Cooking Studio where we will draw inspiration from Greek, Tuscan, and Moroccan flavors as we prepare several dishes commonly found in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Learn not only how to make pasta from scratch, but popular dishes like spanakopita and baklava too! Enjoy complimentary wine while cooking.

Spanakopita – Savory Greek spinach pie made with crispy layers of phyllo dough
From Scratch Linguine Pasta
Seared Shrimp, Scallops, Garlic, Feta, Artichoke, and Spinach with a Brandy Cream Tomato Sauce
Guest Made Baklava

Pricing: 
Adults: $75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
