Grab your friends and family and head to JAX Cooking Studio for a night of learning how to cook impressive seafood favorites! Our chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! You will also learn the secrets of how to make a delicious orange bourbon glazed salmon and risotto. We will finish the evening with tasty chocolate mousse! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
