Have some fun making an impressive Technicolor rainbow cake. You’ll bake a moist cake and a batch of smooth, creamy Italian Buttercream Frosting, perfect for piping. Then our amazing pastry chef will teach you to level the cake, apply a crumb coat, and a top coat of frosting. You’ll also make and apply a rainbow chocolate icing drip, vibrantly swirled piped rosettes, and pure white cloud puffs. The chef will demonstrate how to make a fondant rainbow; guests will use rainbows crafted by the chef and dried overnight. Finally, we’ll share professional tips for securely affixing the rainbow decoration on the cake to create your stunning masterpiece! We recommend that you have a base knowledge of cake decorating before registering for this advanced class. Complimentary wine will be served during class to adults.

Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
