Have you always wanted to learn to cook Indian food but were intimidated by the unfamiliar spices and other ingredients typically found in this country’s cuisine? In this vegan cooking class class, we will create a deliciously fragrant and creamy tofu curry, from-scratch naan bread, and a soft, delicious coconut ball often served at Indian festivals for dessert. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.
