Kick back and enjoy crafting a bounty of delicious plant-based, vegan Spanish tapas. The chef will share tips and tricks to easily prepare and artfully present these delicious small plates. From classic patatas bravas to the ultimate gazpacho, you’ll be a pro-chef in no time. Complimentary wine and wine based sangria will be served during the cooking experience.

Patatas Bravas with Garlic Tomato Sauce and Fresh Herbs
Roasted Red Pepper and Olive Tapenade on Toasted Bread
Garlic and Parsley Stuffed Mushrooms with Lemon “Aioli”
Ultimate Gazpacho – Made with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, bell pepper, and more!
Berenjenas Fritas – Fried eggplant with agave, balsamic, and rosemary

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
