Dive into the world of plant-based seafood at JAX Cooking Studio. Discover innovative ways to recreate the flavors, textures, and aromas of the ocean using entirely plant-based ingredients. From “lobster” rolls to “scallop” scampi, we’ll explore a variety of delicious recipes that will leave you amazed and inspired. We’ll end the night on a sweet note with a summer inspired lemon raspberry cake. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Best Vegan “Lobster” Roll – Made with hearts of palms, and of course, Old Bay
King Mushroom “Scallop” Scampi – Seared mushrooms with a vegan white wine “butter” sauce
From Scratch Pasta Dough – Learn the tips and tricks for making the perfect dough
Soft Vegan Lemon Raspberry Cake with Raspberry Glaze and Vegan Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
