Join us at JAX Cooking Studio for an unforgettable culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse world of modern Latin cuisines. Our talented chefs will teach you how to create delicious, plant-based dishes that capture the essence of Mexican flavors. From avocado “chorizo” tostones to vegan chili rellenos, we’ll finish the night on a sweet note with coconut rum tres “leches’ cake! Complimentary wine and wine based margaritas will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
