Plant-Based Indian Cuisine

Have you always wanted to learn to cook Indian food but were intimidated by the unfamiliar spices and other ingredients typically found in this country’s cuisine? In this vegan cooking class class, we will create samosas and vegan paneer, also a deliciously fragrant and eggplant and potato curry, and from-scratch naan bread. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Pricing:
$65 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
