Celebrate the vibrant colors and rich flavors of autumn with our Harvesting Delights vegan cooking class. Whether you’re a seasoned vegan chef or new to plant-based cooking, our chef will guide you as you craft plant-powered dishes that capture the essence of fall. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Butternut Squash and Apple Soup with Walnut Crumble – roasted butternut squash and tart apples combine in this delightful velvety soup, topped with a crunchy walnut and oat crumble
Vegan Mushroom Wellington – flaky puff pastry envelops a savory mixture of spinach, mushrooms, and thyme
Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Glaze – Brussels sprouts caramelized to perfection and drizzled with a tangy pomegranate glaze
Caramelized Apple Tartlets with Oat Crust – thinly sliced apples nestled in an oat-based crust, drizzled with a chef-made caramel sauce

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
