Join us for a unique culinary experience that combines the art of plant based cooking with the flavor of various alcoholic beverages. You’ll learn how different alcohols can elevate your dishes to new heights. From butternut squash soup with white wine to whiskey-glazed tofu to Guinness chocolate cake, you’ll be floating on cloud nine. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or looking to explore a new culinary adventure, this class promises to tantalize your taste buds. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Butternut Squash Soup with Sauvignon Blanc and “Feta” and Pepitas
Whiskey-Glazed Garlic Tofu Steaks
Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Risotto with Cabernet

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
