In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create an array of delicious plant-based dishes inspired by the diverse cuisines of Asia. From tofu lettuce wraps to vegan sushi, to dumplings, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of some of the most popular dim sum plates. Get ready to tantalize your tastebuds and join us to see for yourself how delicious plant based food can be! Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook.

Menu:
Tofu Lettuce Wraps – Filled with water chestnuts, scallions, cilantro, cashews, and soy sweet chili sauce
Veggie Dumplings – Steamed with mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and garlic, with soy dipping sauce
Oshinko Roll – Sushi with pickled daikon, avocado, cucumber, and carrot with vegan sriracha mayo
Thai Papaya Salad – Vibrant salad with papaya, carrots, cucumber, tomato, and a zesty lime dressing
Mango Sticky Rice – Sweet way to end our night, with fresh mango and sesame seeds

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
