Be transported to the City of Lights as you make your own classic French meal under the guidance of the JAX Cooking Studio chefs. Learn French cooking terms along with some cool tips, tricks, and fun facts. Then indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience while you enjoy complimentary wine. Don’t forget to schedule an evening boat ride around the Seine River after departing the cooking studio!

French Onion Soup with a Gruyere Cheese Baked Crostini
Chicken Fricassee – Traditional French dish made with creamy mushrooms sauce
Goat Cheese and Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Sauteed Haricot Verts – Green beans with bacon and onions
Decadent Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Chantilly

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
