Broaden your culinary palate by exploring the deliciousness of the Pacific Northwest cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you how to take a west coast harvest and turn it into a mouthwatering meal. You’ll learn professional tips to bake salmon so that is flavorful, moist, and delicious. We finish on a sweet note with a peach berry cobbler. Complimentary wine will be served.

Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon with Apple Cider Coleslaw
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Pecans, and Cranberries

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity in not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
