One Night in Rome
Welcome to our One Night in Rome Cooking Class! In this class, you will learn how to prepare classic Italian dishes that will transport you to the streets of Rome. Our experienced chef will guide you through the process of selecting the best ingredients and cooking techniques to create an authentic Italian meal. You’ll learn how to make pasta from scratch, prepare flavorful sauces, and create delicious desserts that will impress your friends and family. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a novice in the kitchen, this class is sure to be a fun and educational experience! Complimentary wine will be available to adults during the cooking experience.

Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, and Basil
Fettuccine Pasta from Scratch
Carbonara Sauce – Classic dish with pancetta, egg, and parmesan cheese
Herb and Garlic Focaccia – To soak up every drop of carbonara
Classic Tiramisu Layered with House Made Lady Fingers
Tickets & Gratuity:
All attendees require a ticket.
Each individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)
The Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)
Gratuity is not required but appreciated.
Chef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.)
Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!
If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
