Enjoy a fun evening learning professional tips and tricks for making soufflés that are light, fluffy, and delicious. Then we will put these tips into action making savory and sweet soufflés. Whether you’re a steak lover or a soufflé aficionado, this class is sure to be a fun and educational evening! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience!

Spring Fresh Salad with Peas, Radish, Cherry Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Candied Nuts, and Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
Seared Steak with Pepper Crust and Creamy Mushroom Brandy Pan Sauce
Pan Roasted Green Beans with Bacon, Onions, Garlic, and Lemon
Savory Sweet Potato Soufflé
Lemon Soufflé with House Made Chantilly Cream

Pricing: 
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
