It is hard not to fall in love with New Orleans after sampling the delicious food available at every turn in the French Quarter. Come explore the French and Spanish influences that give NOLA cuisine its complex flavors. From a meaty catfish smothered in a creamy crawfish tomato sauce to a show stopping coffee and cardamom custard, come enjoy the best Louisiana has to offer. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
