Come celebrate National Baklava Day with your family! Immerse yourself in the flavors and aromas of Greece as you prepare time-honored Greek dishes. We’ll make iconic Greek dishes and master the art of working with delicate phyllo dough as you make baklava and spanakopita. This is going to be an action-packed Mediterranean class. Complimentary wine will be served. Opa!

Menu:
Spanakopita – a luscious combination of Greek spinach and feta encased in phyllo and folded into triangles
Souvlaki – chunks of chicken marinated in lemon, garlic, oregano, and olive oil oven-roasted and served with house-made pita bread
Tzatziki Sauce – a tangy creamy yogurt, cucumber, and dill sauce to accompany your souvlaki
Classic Greek Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette –no Greek meal is complete without a refreshing Greek Salad
Traditional Baklava – a beloved Greek dessert with layers of flaky phyllo, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, drenched in a honey syrup

$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
