Mushroom Ravioli with Shrimp Cream Sauce

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make delicious mushroom ravioli. The Chef will guide you through correctly shaping, cutting, rolling, and filling our pasta creations. We will also learn to make a seared shrimp cream sauce to perfectly complement our ravioli. When we have finished cooking, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor and a glass or two of wine.

$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
