Broaden your culinary palate by exploring the deliciousness of modern Native American cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you what makes the three sisters bowl a Native American staple. You’ll learn professional tips to perfectly sear salmon so that it is crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The sides come from the beauty of nature, elevated in a way that creates a taste explosion for your mouth. We finish on a sweet note with a blueberry pie. Complimentary wine will be served.
