Broaden your culinary palate by exploring the deliciousness of modern Native American cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you what makes the three sisters bowl a Native American staple. You’ll learn professional tips to perfectly sear salmon so that it is crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The sides come from the beauty of nature, elevated in a way that creates a taste explosion for your mouth. We finish on a sweet note with a blueberry pie. Complimentary wine will be served.

Menu:
Three Sisters Bowl — Hearty pork soup slow simmered with veggies, beans, and spices
Seared Salmon Crusted with Ground Allspice, Juniper, Brown Sugar, and Chili Powder
Roasted Turnips and Winter Squash with Agave Glaze
Wild Rice with Dried Cranberries, Blueberries, and Hazelnuts
Blueberry Pie with Cornmeal Crust

Pricing:
$60 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity in not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
