Explore the deliciousness of contemporary Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a skillet-queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entree–fish tacos with salsa verde and cilantro lime slaw. As a bonus, guests learn to prepare their own street corn. We finish on a sweet note with flan! Complimentary wine will be served.

SoCal Fish Tacos — Seared white fish with Guest-made salsa verde and cilantro lime slaw

Pricing: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
