Our chef will lead you through each step, from mastering flavor profiles to creating visually stunning dishes. Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Kung Pao Chicken Wraps – A modern twist on classic Kung Pao Chicken, served in butter lettuce with roasted peanuts, vegetables, and a spicy chili glaze
Seared Five-Spice Salmon with Citrus Glaze – Flavored with a bold blend of spices, topped with an aromatic glaze
Bean Sprouts and Shaved Radish Salad with Ginger Vinaigrette
Stir Fried Rice – A classic Chinese fried rice with a combination of vegetables
Sesame Matcha Tiramisu – Blend the earthy notes of sesame and matcha with classic Italian dessert layers

Pricing: 
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
