Explore the deliciousness of contemporary Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a skillet queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entrée–chicken chimichangas, a fan favorite! As a bonus, guests learn to prepare their own street corn. We finish on a sweet note with tres leches cake! Complimentary wine and wine-based margaritas will be served.

Menu:
Poblano Skillet Queso — Poblano peppers have amazing flavor without too much heat. Served with tortilla chips.
Guest Made Pico de Gallo and Guacamole
Chicken Chimichangas — Chef’s favorite Mexican dish!
Esquites — Mexican street corn salad
House Made Cilantro Rice
Tres Leche Cake — Sweet note to finish off the night

$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
