Chicken Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Popia Basah – Fresh spring rolls filled with tofu, shrimp, jicama, green beans, hoisin, and sweet chili sauce
Mee Goreng Mamak – Indian fried noodles with beef, veggies, and soy sauce
Coconut and Chili Kerabu Salad – Light and fresh salad that it’ll be a great side for our entrée

Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
