Let’s celebrate Kelly and Dale’s upcoming wedding with a fun cooking class! Our experienced chef will share professional tips and tricks for making soufflés that are light, fluffy, and delicious. Then we will put these tips into action making savory and sweet soufflés. Whether you’re a steak lover or a soufflé aficionado, this class is sure to be a fun and educational evening! Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience!

Fresh Chopped Salad with Tomatoes, Red Onion, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
Seared Steak with Herbed Pan Sauce
Pommé Cheese Soufflé
Roasted Carrots with Fresh Herbs
Silky Chocolate Soufflé with Chantilly Cream

Pricing: 
$110 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
