Discover the captivating world of Japanese curry in this brand new cooking class. We’ll unveil the art of crafting rich and flavorful Japanese curry from scratch. From mastering the precision of dumping folding to perfecting the balance of flavors in curry, we’ll even end the night with a matcha green tea pudding. Learn techniques that transform simple ingredients into beloved Japanese dishes. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Shrimp Gyoza – Steamed shrimp dumplings
Japanese Katsu Curry – Lightly fried chicken breast with bold curry
Chef-made Jasmine Rice and Pickled Daikon Radish

Matcha Green Tea Pudding with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
