Imagine sailing away for the night on the Italian coast, eating mouthwatering seafood! Come to JAX Cooking Studio to learn the art of cooking classic Italian dishes. From basic sauce preparation to delicious but easy desserts, we will cook and share the secrets of Italian lifestyle cooking. Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience. Buon Appetito!

Shrimp and Lemon Arancini with House Made Garlic Aioli
Seared Cod with Olives, Tomatoes, and Caper Sauce
Roasted Asparagus with Lemon
Creamy Parmesan and Fresh Herb Risotto
Classic Tiramisu – Espresso soaked dessert goodness

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
