Our chefs will take you on a culinary journey through the Italian countryside, guiding you through recipes like classic arancini with marinara sauce, delicious chicken saltimbocca, and finishing off the night on a decadent note with an orange and dark chocolate Italian cheesecake! Sausage and Mozzarella Arancini – With chef made marinara dipping sauce
Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana – Pan-seared chicken topped with prosciutto and fresh sage leaves and finished with a white wine butter sauce

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
