Hong Kong Café

Hong Kong is known as the “World’s Food Fair”. Come in to JAX Cooking Studio for a fun night learning how to recreate these worldly Asian dishes while chefs teach you tips and tricks in the kitchen! Starting with two appetizers of crunchy shrimp and chicken balls and steamed dumplings, then finishing up with chow mein noodles, veggie stir fry, and ending with traditional sweet and sour pork. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Shrimp and Chicken Balls – Deep fried golden brown, served with plum sauce
Siu Mai – Steamed pork and shrimp dumplings
Sweet and Sour Pork
Chow Mein Noodles
Broccoli and Baby Corn Stir Fry

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
