Hong Kong is known as the “World’s Food Fair.” Spend a fun Friday afternoon learning to recreate worldly Asian dishes! Starting with two appetizers of veggie spring rolls and steamed dumplings, then finishing up with a fresh cucumber salad, chow mein noodles and traditional sweet and sour pork. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Siu Mai – Steamed pork and shrimp dumplings

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
