Escape to the paradise of flavors in our first ever Hawaiian Brunch class. Join us for a culinary journey to the beautiful islands of Hawaii, where you’ll learn to create a delicious brunch spread inspired by the sun-soaked beaches and vibrant food of the Aloha State. Complimentary mimosas, wine, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Tuna Tataki Lettuce Wraps – With a wasabi citrus sauce and sriracha mayo
Loco Moco – Bed of rice topped with juicy hamburger patty, fried egg, and rich gravy
Avocado Mango Salad – A light side for your loco moco with red onions and cilantro
Pineapple and Macadamia Bread Pudding – Made with Hawaiian bread and rum
