Cuban cuisine has its own unique set of full-bodied flavors influenced by the mix of cultures, including African, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish. Enjoy an evening in the cooking studio as Chef Spencer entertains you as he explains fun culinary techniques used in cooking an authentic Cuban cuisine. You will cook Cuban classics like Ropa Vieja (shredded beef), Moros y Cristianos (black beans and rice), Maduros (plantains), and Flan (creamy custard).
