­Cuban cuisine has its own unique set of full-bodied flavors influenced by the mix of cultures, including African, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish. Enjoy an evening in the cooking studio as our chef entertains you and explains fun culinary techniques used in cooking an authentic Cuban cuisine. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Medianoche Sandwich with Plantains – The Classic Cuban Sandwich!
Mojo Chicken with Cilantro Sauce
Moros y Cristianos—Black Beans and Rice (chef will demo, making enough for the whole class)
Citrus Flan

Pricing: 
Adults: $65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoy your cooking experience.
