Enjoy an evening learning to make pasta from scratch and turn it into a delicious tagliatelle al pesto with shrimp and scallops! This heavenly dish features pasta from scratch dripping in a creamy pesto and topped with seared shrimp and scallops. From basic sauce preparation to delicious but easy desserts, we will cook and share the secrets of Italian lifestyle cooking. Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience. Buon Appetito!

Pricing: 
Adults: $80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
