From Scratch Shrimp Scampi

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make delicious shrimp scampi. The Chef will guide you through the pasta making process and you’ll learn how easy it can be. We will also learn to make the mouth watering garlic buttery shrimp scampi sauce. When we have finished cooking, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor and a glass or two of wine.

Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi
Classic Zabaglione with berries
Pricing: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
