From Scratch Ravioli

In this class, you will get hands on experience making homemade pasta and forming it into ravioli. From the pasta to the meat sauce, our chef will show you how to make each component from scratch to create the ultimate comfort food! You’ll be eating the masterpiece you create for dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Chopped Italian Salad – Packed with a variety of veggie toppings and learn how to make a vinaigrette 
Homemade Pasta – Learn the tips and tricks to making a perfect pasta dough
Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese Ravioli – To stuff our ravioli with
Bolognese Sauce – Hearty meat sauce with onions, tomato, and cream
Chocolate Mousse with House-made Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$75 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
