From Scratch Butternut Ravioli

Learn to make ravioli from scratch! We will make pasta dough and stuff our pasta pockets with creamy butternut squash and nutmeg ricotta filling. Then we’ll make a toasted walnut, orange, and sage brown butter sauce in which to bathe our ravioli. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
