If you’re scared this Friday the 13th, come seek refuge at JAX Cooking Studio! We’ll be cooking up a ghoulish feast of delicious snails, then to bring us some good luck, pork and collards. To keep the vampire away we’ll roast some garlic potatoes, and to finish the night we’ll be making bleeding heart cupcakes. Witches brew and complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Escargot – Snails with mushrooms, onions, and herbed butter over puff pastry
Seared Pork Chops with Bloody Mary Tomato Salad
Good Luck Greens – Southern Style Collards
Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes – To keep the Vampires away
Bleeding Heart Cupcakes

$65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
