We draw upon ingredients common in many Asian cultures in this fun class. These bright, delicious, and bold recipes are full of fresh and savory ingredients that will incite and impress not only your palate but anyone you make them for. You will be impressed with your culinary skills as you craft this delectable dinner with remarkable flavors and vibrant colors. Complimentary wine is available to adults during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Wonton Soup with Homemade Dumplings
Marinated Pork Chop with Hoisin, Rice Wine Vinegar, and Ginger Pan Sauce
Sesame Noodles with Vegetables and a Soy Peanut Sauce
Scallion-Laced Celery Salad with Cilantro, Lime, and Carrots to Garnish the Pork
Red and White Wine

Tickets & Gratuity:
All attendees require a ticket.
Each individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)
The Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)
Gratuity is not required but appreciated.

Chef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.)

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must have a ticket and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.

Dietary Restrictions:
We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide any dietary allergies or restrictions. The chefs will prepare your ingredient trays appropriately. Or, if you have a preferred substitute ingredient, you’re welcome to bring it with you.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
