Learn to apply classic French cooking techniques in making fresh seafood dishes and a decadent mousse au chocolat. This menu was specially developed to showcase French cooking methods and explore the sophisticated flavors that can be crafted from grocery store ingredients. You will feel more confident in the kitchen and impress your family and friends! Wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Salad Niçoise with Seared Tuna – Potatoes, hard boiled egg, green beans, and more
French Scallops with Sage Cream Sauce
Butternut Squash, Mushroom, and Parmesan Risotto with Torn Herb and Arugula Garnish
Mousse au Chocolat with Fresh Berries

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
