Come to JAX Cooking Studio to learn more about some popular French pastries! Our pastry chef will teach you to make amazingly versatile pâte à choux dough. Guest will then use this dough to create cream puffs and eclairs! We will also learn how to make fruit pastries and savory cheesy bacon pinwheels. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience,

Cream Puffs and Eclairs – Using our pâte à choux, we’ll make pastries filled with sweet cream and glazed with rich house made chocolate ganache

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
