Grab your loved ones and join our chefs at JAX Cooking Studio where we will prepare a classic French seafood dinner in this hands-on class. We will create dishes that taste complex but are easily prepared. We’ll also discuss the flavor profiles of French cooking so that you can create your own delicious meals at home! From a perfectly pan seared salmon to decadent chocolate mousse, you’ll feel like you’re dining next to the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook for 21+ guests.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
