Learn to make Sacchetti from scratch! We will make pasta dough and stuff our pasta pockets with a tasty fontina and truffle filling. You’ll make a creamy mushroom marsala wine sauce in which to bathe your pasta. Then top it with house-made roasted walnuts for a delicious crispy bite. The results will be a taste explosion for your mouth! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
