Learn the basics of sushi in this fun hands-on class. You’ll learn to roll sushi on mat, use tempura batter to fry, and artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you can become a sushi master in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, this ginger dressing will be made by guest
Adults or children over the age of 14 coming alone: $60 per person
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $40. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please).
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
