Let the kids learn how to make dinner for you! In this class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat, to use tempura batter to fry, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Come hungry because you will be enjoying your sushi creations!
*Tuna Avocado Mango Maki — Simple yet delicious tuna elevated with avocado and mango!
Spicy Kani Salad Roll — avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber inside, topped with krab salad
*Philadelphia Roll — a rolled sushi made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Adults or children over the age of 12 coming alone: $65 per person
Bring a child up to age 12 with a Registered Adult for $55 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please).
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
