Family Spring Doughnuts

Let’s welcome the warmer weather by making some yummy spring-themed doughnuts! You will learn to make yeast-risen doughnuts and cake-style doughnuts including blueberry doughnuts with vanilla glaze and strawberry doughnuts with a lime glaze. Save up your calories because guests will make a batch of each type of doughnut to enjoy in the studio and take home.

Baked Strawberry Buttermilk Doughnuts with Lime Glaze
Chef Demo Glazes – our chef will demonstrate these glazes and make enough for the whole class to utilize- classic vanilla glaze, raspberry glaze, lime glaze
Assorted spring toppings and fillings to adorn your doughnuts
Adults and children 13 or older: $60
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
