Family Mediterranean Cuisine

Take a trip to the Mediterranean without ever leaving Florida! We will we prepare several dishes commonly found in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Complimentary wine served to adults during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Greek Spanakopita – Spinach Pie
Spanish Chicken with Mushrooms (Pollo Con Champiñones)
Smashed Potatoes with Goat Cheese and Chives
Moroccan Doughnuts (Sfenj) – crisp on the outside and chewy and fluffy on the inside
Pricing:
$65 per adults and children over 13.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
